Hey Everyone! If anyone is looking for a super cute last minute Halloween Costume, I think this is great! It can totally be made with things you probably have at home.
I must say, I did get some inspiration from a picture I saw on Pinterest.
I used my normal foundation, which apparently, I didn’t include in the photo; it was the Cover Girl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 foundation in 820. I also used my Cover Girl and Olay concealer.
For the orange on my cheeks and nose I used my NYX Blush in Cinnamon. This blush is awesome on a daily basis when used with a light hand, and works perfectly for this look! I used my fingers to apply this blush in circles on my cheeks and around my nose.
For my eyes for this look, I used a Wet n Wild Idol Eyes Creme Shadow in Brunching Downtown (I think). Its a cool orange/copper color that is part of the Wet n Wild Halloween Collection. Over this, I used the orange shadow from my BH Cosmetics Party Girl Palette. I wanted to to make the eyes a little more fun, so I used the Wet n Wild Color Icon Glitter Single in Brass. I thought this was going to be a purely glitter shadow, but it was more of just a sticky glitter, but that is okay, I liked how it turned out.
Now for the rest of the eyes! It literally took me a million years to get the bottom drawn-on lashes the way I wanted them. I couldn’t find my pencil sharpener so I couldn’t use my kohl pencil and then I couldn’t find the other eyeliner I wanted to use and I kept messing up! Anyway, what I ended up using was the Cover Girl Outlast eyeliner in black. I didn’t find this on their website, so maybe it is discontinued. Any black liner that goes on smoothly will work for this. Once I got my general outline of where I wanted the lashes to be, I went over it with the ELF Liquid Eyeliner. To set everything, I used the matte black eyeshadow from the NYX Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palette in Je Ne Sais Quoi.
I used the same eyeliner layering techniques for the “stitches” along my mouth and nose.
I used my Jordana FabuBrow to fill in my brows and Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara. Like last time, still couldn’t find my fake lashes, but they would be perfect for this look.
For my lips, I used the same Wet n Wild creme shadow and the Bare Minerals gloss that I got like a million years ago so I don’t know the color name.
For the rest of my costume, I wore a super floppy hat that I found at the thrift store for a dollar, a plaid shirt I already owned, some jeans and some taupe lace-up booties.
I hope you guys enjoyed this Scarecrow makeup idea!!
makeup game on point
